AXIFORGE HOLDINGS LTD · EST. 2024
Axiforge is deploying fully autonomous production facilities — proprietary hardware, edge AI, and software engineered end-to-end, with zero dependence on third-party components. The technology is ours. The deployments are live.
We also design, build, and install AI-driven industrial robots — cobots, multi-arm systems, and mobile platforms — for manufacturers who need intelligence on the floor.
Axiforge is deploying its Autonomous Factory platform across multiple industries — each a live production environment running on proprietary hardware, edge AI, and monitoring software. The same architecture. A different sector each time.
The first Autonomous Factory cell — a fully automated furniture production line. Designed, built, and operated end-to-end by the Axiforge Group. No human intervention on the production floor.
Every product listing, description, and content on the Deskraft storefront is fully generated and managed by AI. Sales, customer service, logistics, and order fulfilment are equally AI-operated — end-to-end automation with zero manual input.
The second Autonomous Factory deployment — a live steel construction production cell. The same proprietary platform applied to precision metalwork. Currently operational.
Autonomous cultivation and food manufacturing — applying the same proprietary platform to controlled-environment agriculture and food processing lines. Scalable from pilot to full deployment.
Precision autonomous production for medical devices — needle manufacturing as the initial product category. ISO-compliant cell architecture with full traceability and zero-operator production.
Beyond the Autonomous Factory platform, Axiforge designs, builds, and installs AI-driven industrial robots for manufacturers who need intelligent automation on the production floor — without the complexity of a full factory deployment. Every system runs on the same proprietary edge AI stack. Every robot is engineered in-house, from mechanical design through to firmware and control software.
Force-limited, vision-guided robots designed to operate safely alongside human workers. AI-adaptive behaviour means the cobot responds to its environment in real time — no cages, no barriers, no process disruption. Suited to assembly, quality inspection, and material handling.
High-precision multi-arm robotic cells for welding, complex assembly, and pick & place operations. Real-time path planning via proprietary edge AI — no cloud dependency, no latency. Each system is custom-engineered to the client's production geometry and throughput requirements.
Autonomous Mobile Robots, rail-mounted systems, and overhead gantry platforms for material transport, in-process logistics, and large-envelope operations. Autonomous navigation with machine vision and dynamic obstacle avoidance — operating continuously without operator input.
Every robot Axiforge deploys runs on the same edge AI platform as the Autonomous Factory — Sensor SA-1 edge nodes, proprietary firmware, and real-time decision intelligence. No cloud dependency. No third-party AI middleware. The intelligence is local, the IP is ours.
Discuss a project →Delivers the software intelligence that makes autonomous operation possible — a proprietary production monitoring OS, AI decision engine, and real-time advisory layer. Without this system, the factory cannot run itself. Without human operators, it does.
Provides the perception layer of the Autonomous Factory — proprietary edge AI sensor nodes, condition monitoring hardware, and autonomous drone platforms. Every machine on the production floor sees, diagnoses, and responds in real time, without leaving the facility.
Designs and builds the physical production infrastructure — bespoke industrial machinery with proprietary mechanical IP, including a UK patent-pending transmission system. The factory begins here: every machine is engineered in-house, purpose-built for autonomous operation.
Operates the group's own production facility in Katowice, Poland — the physical site where the first Autonomous Factory demonstrator is being built and validated. Full control over components, prototypes, and production. No outsourcing. No external dependencies.
FOUNDER & CEO

FOUNDER & CEO
Engineer · Builder · CEO
Matthew Plodzien's career began on the shop floor — in production and design roles across construction, installation, and industrial machinery. That foundation gave him something most founders lack: a precise understanding of how large-scale technical projects actually fail, and how to prevent it.
He progressed to leading multi-million dollar project portfolios, managing cross-functional engineering teams across manufacturing automation, production line integration, and heavy industry. He brings that same operational discipline to Axiforge — where execution is the product.
His track record includes full-cycle product certification and market entry — navigating CE and EAC conformity processes from technical documentation and risk assessment through to declaration of conformity and market release. Products built under his leadership have been certified and commercially deployed across European and CIS markets.
